FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPIST

Ana is an experienced, caring and kind stretch therapist and fitness coach. Her calling is all about bringing back the holistic into healthcare.

After +15 years of working in corporate roles as Communications and PR Manager, In 2019, Ana decided to change careers in Toronto to become a Fitness Coach. While working as Personal Trainer for Goodlife Fitness, Rosedale Club and Ferris360, she realized there was a huge need for injury prevention, fitness education and health awareness.

Currently she is finishing her certification process to practice as Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. When she is not studying, she enjoys learning new things. Her passion for movement and holistic healing techniques has been her driver to engage in different athletic and artistic practices to understand the motor capacities of the human body.

She puts a lot of work and effort into learning about different approaches that help her understand the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects that any person could overcome during their self-care or healing journeys.

Her pursuits include studying myofascial neuromuscular facilitation, breathwork, functional movement rehabilitation, mindfulness and injury prevention.

Ana is full of energy and enjoys living life to the fullest. You can always find her doing something fun. On her free time she is a musician and a photographer. She plays the African Drums and enjoys photographing landscapes and urban sceneries. She is also an indoor cycling coach and fitness advisor at The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Center.

She believes that the best tool to understand her clients is listening and taking the time to show care and respect for their needs. She feels excited to get to know and treat the b-Stretched Toronto community.
