ROBERT TARADE

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Robert is a registered physiotherapist with a special interest in assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal-related injuries and conditions. Robert earned his master’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario in 2021.

Robert has a special interest in movement therapy/exercise therapy and is currently taking Advanced Movement Therapist (AMT) level 1 course. Robert has also completed courses in orthopedic physiotherapy and is certified in functional range conditioning (FRC) treatment techniques. Robert has worked with a range of patients but has a special interest in post-surgical rehab populations, including total knee replacement and total hip replacements.

As a Type 1 diabetic, Robert has always taken his health very seriously, which is why he keeps up with an active lifestyle and understands that while good health begins from within, we sometimes need someone to help guide us in achieving our functional goals.

Robert practices physiotherapy with a hands-on approach by utilizing manual therapy techniques to help facilitate a decrease in pain and increase in mobility, while also demonstrating his knowledge of exercise/movement therapy to help people maintain/increase their strength or reach their specific functional goals.
