CHRISTINA KARABABAS
massage therapist
Christina received a diploma from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy after earning a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. She has worked in a variety of health care settings and has collaborated with many health professionals, which allows her to offer well-rounded care for her patients.
Christina grew up playing volleyball and soccer, which gave her an understanding of how debilitating injuries can be. While she’s worked with many seniors in the past, she enjoys working with athletes and draws on her experience with the Varsity women’s rugby team at the University of Toronto. This gave her the experience of treating athletes both on and off the field.
She uses many techniques such as fascial work, deep tissue massage, and joint mobilizations to help her patients improve general movement.
