ENRICO STAINE

Enrico is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Humber College and has been practicing since 2017. He also has a background in massage and Physiotherapy from his previous studies completed in Italy in 2013. He has experience with rehabilitation from injury, maintenance and improvement of physical health. Enrico has worked with a wide range of age groups, vulnerable populations and individuals with disabilities.

His approach to care is centered around the patient’s individual presentation and needs. He blends manipulation of the soft tissues with functional movement, fascial work, stretching and active mobilization of the joints.

In his spare time Enrico enjoys cycling and wildlife photography, the combination of which informs how strength, resistance and posture play a role in wellbeing and the ability to perform daily activities pain free.
