I am an enthusiastic, personable athletic therapist.

I am passionate about helping people of any age return to their daily lives & the activities they love, whether that be walking, playing sports of any level, or getting back to basics (movement-wise & activities of daily living)..

As an athletic therapist I enjoy working on the field with teams, covering sports and in on the action. Although I also enjoy a calmer clinical setting, treating clients 1-on-1 in a relaxed setting. As an AT I specialize in musculoskeletal (muscle, bone, and joint) ailments.

My certifications include: CAT(C) Certified Athletic Therapist, Nationally Certified AT by the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association, Member of the Ontario Athletic Therapist Association, BSc with distinction in Athletic Therapy, BSc in Health, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology, specializing in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, SFR Certified - Sports First Responder, which includes first responder, basic life support (BLS), airway management, oxygen administration, epinephrine & naloxone administration, and Immediate Care in Rugby Level 2 - Equivalency.
